Returns

We want you to feel fully confident when ordering from SOULIO.

Because each Soul Anchor may be personalized with your own engraving, please note the following:

Personalized products cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

This includes any Soul Anchor engraved with a personal message, name, date, affirmation, dedication, or custom text chosen by you.

Non-personalized products

If your Soul Anchor has not been personalized, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• unused
• in its original condition
• in its original packaging

Please contact us before sending anything back.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• your order number
• clear photos of the item
• photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Personalized engraving

Please check your engraving text carefully before placing your order.

We engrave the text exactly as submitted, including spelling, dates, capitalization, and punctuation.

SOULIO is not responsible for customer-submitted spelling mistakes or incorrect personalization details.

Return shipping

For approved returns of non-personalized items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.
