SOULIO offers handcrafted analog grounding objects, including personalized wooden Soul Anchors.

Each product is made or finished in small batches. Slight variations in wood grain, surface texture, color, engraving depth, and hand-gilded details may occur and are part of the handcrafted nature of the product.

Product images are intended to represent the style, quality, and appearance of the item. Minor natural variations do not constitute defects.

3. Personalized Products

Some products can be personalized with your own engraving, such as a name, date, affirmation, dedication, or short message.

Please check your personalization text carefully before placing your order. We engrave the text exactly as submitted, including spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and dates.

Personalized products are made especially for you and cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you confirm that all information provided by you is accurate, complete, and current.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

• the product is unavailable
• payment cannot be processed
• there is an obvious pricing or product information error
• we suspect misuse, fraud, or unauthorized activity

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your location and the setup shown during checkout. Any applicable taxes, duties, shipping costs, or additional charges will be displayed where required before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

7. Risk and Delivery

The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address provided by you.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

For non-personalized products, consumers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Personalized products are excluded from return and withdrawal rights unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• your order number
• clear photos of the product
• photos of the packaging
• a short description of the issue

If the claim is approved, we may offer a repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the situation.

10. Product Use

SOULIO products are designed as decorative, personal, and mindfulness-related objects.

They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Any descriptions relating to calm, grounding, presence, or self-care are intended as lifestyle and wellness language, not medical claims.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, images, text, logos, graphics, product names, and brand elements, is owned by or licensed to SOULIO.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content without our prior written permission.

12. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, images, and availability are accurate.
